These terms govern your use of Block & Color, a free mobile puzzle game for Android and iOS with a no-ads web version. By playing, you agree to these terms.

THE GAME

Block & Color is provided 'as is', without warranties of any kind, express or implied. The developer does not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or available at all times.

FREE AND AD-SUPPORTED

Block & Color is free to play and supported by advertising. In-app purchases are optional and never required to play. Rules and game parameters, including balance, may change through remote configuration and app updates at any time and without prior notice, as the developer keeps tuning the game.

IN-APP PURCHASES

The mobile versions offer coin packs, which add virtual coins to your in-game wallet, and a one-time "Remove ads" purchase, which turns off banner and full-screen ads on that installation forever; rewarded videos remain available by your choice. Payments are made through the App Store or Google Play under the store's own terms; prices are shown in the store before you confirm. Coins are a virtual in-game item with no monetary value: they cannot be exchanged for money, transferred to another person or device, and are not refunded once spent. Coins are consumed on delivery and are stored only on your device, so they are lost if you uninstall the app or clear its data; "Remove ads" can be restored on the same store account with the "Restore purchases" button. Refunds are handled by the store under its policy. The developer may change the contents and prices of purchases at any time; purchases already made are not affected.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to interfere with the operation of the app or its advertising, not to bypass or block ad display, and not to use cheats, automation, or any other unfair means to obtain a high score. Violating this section may result in your use of the app being restricted.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All intellectual property in Block & Color, including its design, artwork, code, and content, belongs to the developer. Nothing in these terms transfers any of that property to you, and you may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as allowed by the store you downloaded it from.

CHANGES AND DISCONTINUATION

The developer may change these terms at any time; changes are published at the same address where you found these terms, and continuing to play after a change means you accept it. The developer may also discontinue support for the app at any time, without liability to you.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the Russian Federation.
